About

Hi. 👋
I’m a product designer, cat lady, home renovation aficionado, cancer survivor, hand-lettering hobbyist, minimalist in training, and proud Seattleite—all with a decade of experience designing for the web.
For the past 3+ years, I’ve been working at Palantir Technologies: attempting to make complex technical concepts and workflows more approachable for less-technical individuals. Prior to my three years in Silicon Valley, I worked for a variety of startups in Seattle (most recently Simply Measured, acquired by Sprout Social). In August 2018, I relocated to the Palantir office in Seattle and couldn’t be happier to be back in my hometown.
Outside of design, I care deeply for diversifying the tech landscape. I lead the west coast chapters of Palantir’s Women in Tech organization. I have taught with General Assembly, Girl Develop It, and AppCamp4Girls in the attempt to attract more underrepresented individuals to tech. Additionally, I’m a regular mentor for Out of Office Hours, Tech Ladies, and for individuals within the Seattle UX community.
👈 And yes, my hair is still usually out of control.
